How commission works
When a family follows your tracked referral link, that starts a 30-day attribution window. If they make a qualifying purchase within that window, they are attributed to you permanently.
You earn commission on those families' qualifying purchases as set out in your partnership agreement. It continues by default, with no fixed end date, but it is not guaranteed for life: after the first 12 months, IB Doctor can change or end commission on future purchases by giving you at least 90 days' written notice, and commission already earned is never affected.
Each quarter you receive a statement in the partner portal, send us an invoice, and we pay. There are no join fees and no referral targets.

- Who can apply to become a partner?
- We work with education consultancies and agencies, educational guardians and advisers, schools and institutions, tutors and educators, content or community partners, brand ambassadors, and other organisations that regularly refer IB families to tutoring.
- Does submitting an application create a partnership?
- No. Registering does not create a partnership, a referral link, or portal access. Every application is reviewed personally; if approved, you receive your agreement, referral link, and portal access.
- How does attribution and commission work?
- The first valid partner link a family follows starts a 30-day window. A purchase inside that window attributes them to you permanently. Commission on their qualifying purchases then continues by default, with no fixed end date, but it is not guaranteed for life: after the first 12 months of your agreement, IB Doctor can change or end commission on future purchases by giving you at least 90 days' written notice. Commission already earned is never affected.
