I am a fifth-year medical student at NOVA Medical School and an IB graduate from May 2021 with a total score of 44 points, including a 7 in Chemistry HL and a 6 in Biology HL—the subjects I tutor (at SL and HL). With over three years of IB tutoring experience, I focus not only on helping students master complex scientific concepts, but also on teaching them how to learn. I incorporate evidence-based study techniques such as active recall and spaced repetition into all my sessions to strengthen long-term understanding and exam performance. My ongoing medical studies in physiology, biochemistry, and molecular biology allow me to offer clear, structured and patient explanations that connect IB content to real scientific applications. Above all, my goal is to support students academically while helping them build confidence, effective learning habits, and a genuine understanding of the sciences.
