Melody

Hi, I'm Melody. I'm a Management student at LSE, and Economics and Maths have always been the subjects that click for me, so I enjoy helping other people get there too. I'd rather you actually understand a concept than just memorise steps to survive an exam, though I know past papers and exam technique matter too, so we'll do both. I also speak Mandarin, so if it ever helps to explain something in Chinese, I can do that. Outside of tutoring I do some consulting work and investment research, so where it's useful I like connecting what we're studying to how it's actually used, rather than leaving it abstract. I try to go at a pace that actually works for you, and I'm happy to put in the work on past papers and picking apart where marks are being lost.
