- Where Higher Mathematics is a mandatory requirement, IB Maths Analysis and Approaches at HL 5/6 or SL 7 is accepted as an alternative.
- Where National 5 Mathematics is a mandatory requirement, IB Maths Analysis and Approaches at HL 3 or SL 4 is accepted, as is Maths Applications and Interpretation at HL 3 or SL 4.
Language requirements
- Where Higher English is a mandatory academic requirement, IB English at HL 5/6 or SL 7 is accepted as an alternative.
